About this California Privacy Policy

This California Privacy Policy (this “California Privacy Policy”) supplements the information contained in the Privacy Policy of SGIB Media with additional disclosures required by the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (“CCPA/CPRA”) and any other applicable California privacy laws. It applies only to residents of California.

Any terms defined in the Privacy Policy or in the CCPA/CPRA have the same meaning when used here. In instances where the information in the Privacy Policy and this California Privacy Policy differ, this California Privacy Policy controls.

By using the Site or otherwise interacting with us, you agree to the practices described in this California Privacy Policy. Updates will be reflected by the “Last Modified” date at the end of this policy page.

Definition of Personal Information

“Personal Information” means information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular California consumer or household, as defined by the CCPA/CPRA.

“Sensitive Personal Information” includes information such as government ID numbers, precise geolocation, racial or ethnic origin, religious or philosophical beliefs, union membership, genetic data, biometric data, health information, or information about sex life or sexual orientation.

We may collect, and may have collected in the last 12 months, the following categories of Personal Information:

Sources of Personal Information. We collect Personal Information from:

California residents have the following rights under CCPA/CPRA:

  • Right to Delete: Request deletion of Personal Information we have collected, subject to exceptions.
  • Right to Correct: Request correction of inaccurate Personal Information.
  • Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information: Direct us to limit the use of Sensitive Personal Information to purposes necessary to provide requested services or meet legal obligations.
  • Right to Opt-Out of Sale/Sharing: Opt out of the sale or sharing of Personal Information.
  • Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising your CCPA/CPRA rights.
